Screened-In Porch
This was a team project with local design firm, Intreegue Design, who came up with the overall design and concept. This client wanted a screened-in porch in addition to the first-floor kitchen area to extend their living space outdoors.
Outdoor Living
On the pool terrace, we have a grand entertainment experience. With an outdoor kitchen for cooking, an area for food prep, and a covered wet/social bar, there are ample opportunities to mingle with guests. A TV lounge tied the space together to create a great hosting area for sporting events or movie nights.
Custom Pool
This custom rectangular gunite pool is surrounded by an Avena travertine patio with bluestone coping. Three lounging zones provide plenty of opportunities to relax poolside.
Fire Pit
This unique fire pit is from El Dorado – Infinite Fire Bowl. Even when it isn’t warm enough to swim, it’s a great spot to enjoy the outdoors with a little added warmth.
Spa
We intentionally built this spa in its own corner of the patio away from the pool to help create an atmosphere of relaxation. Landscaping adds finishing touches and a natural focal point.
