Design Process

A storng design process starts with a site and property review. A major part of the process is measuring setbacks, easements, septic or utility zones, slopes, and soil. With that map we test pool locations for sun, wind, privacy, and how the patio connects to doors and driveways. A concept plan follows with scale drawings and a budget range.

Next is the refinement of materials and details: pool shape, bench and step layout, finish color, coping, and the patio surface. We position lighting, skimmers, returns, and equipment for quiet, efficient operation. If the property calls for a deck or retaining wall, you should model grades to keep stairs comfortable and drainage correct.

Permitting and scheduling come last. In most cases you will need to prepare submittals for the municipality, coordinate inspections, and review utility marks before excavation. You should receive a clear build timeline and points for on-site walk-throughs so decisions stay simple from start to swim.
