Our Design Process
Our pool environments are completely tailored to each client, so our process includes a design phase due to the complexity of the projects that we build.
Once we have done an initial design consultation and have a firm grip on the scope of work, we enter the design phase. After reviewing the scope of work and budget with you, you will sign a “Design/Build Agreement.” Our agreement is an expression of our commitment to complete an outstanding design for you and for you to trust us with your project and budget. Upon signing this agreement we request a design fee. Most design fees fall in the $3,000-$5,000 range. Our objective during the design phase is to exceed our client’s expectations through our cutting edge design style, while incorporating the personal taste of each client. Our customized design process typically entails one conceptual presentation with the opportunity for a revision.

Several years ago we noticed a very real need in our industry. That need was for clients to have access to a “turn-key” company-one that could handle all of their landscape, poolscape and hardscape needs under one roof. Our vision was to create a company that could meet all of our clients needs in-house. As a result, we have trained our staff and have acquired the proper expertise over many years to truly specialize in every aspect of the exterior design/build field. We are a rare type of “turn-key” contractor that has the resources to perform every detail of our client’s projects from fine carpentry and custom pools to masonry, landscapes, and much more. Since we are not at the mercy of sub-contractors and their erratic schedules, Johnson Pools is able to offer quality, craftsmanship, and customer service, along with efficiency in completing our projects.
We have made a commitment to remain a “boutique” style company, focusing on a handful of projects at a time, thereby giving every client our full, undivided attention.
